Heather Soutar Heather was born in Glasgow and has had a life long interest in the arts. Although trained as a primary school teacher she now teaches piano privately in Dundee, which has been her home for more than 30years. With no formal art training, Heather has developed her own style and method of painting which allows her to express the idiosyncratic images which appeal to her. She enjoys the absurdities of life which make us smile and look at ourselves in unexpected ways.

John Johnstone John Johnstone was born in Forfar in 1941. He studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art 1959-64, and was highly commended. He is a regular exhibitor at the Royal Scottish Acadamy and the Scottish Society of Artists and is a professional member of the Scottish society of Artists and Visual Arts Scotland.

Pat Kramek Pat was born in Edinburgh in 1954 and she gained a DA in Printed Textiles from Duncan of Jordanstone School of Art in Dundee. She has worked as a designer for various textile companies and now works as a full-time painter from her home in Ayrshire. Pat works in oils and her work clearly emphasises the light, colour and texture of her subject. Most people can 'read' Pat's work from a distance, yet are surprised to find that it comprisescomplete abstraction when they approach it closely. Her use of vivid colours and bold palette knife strocks creat an energy in her work that enhance the natural Scottish landscapes that she loves to paint.
